A Car Seat We’re All Embracing!

Driving kids around. It’s an everyday part of life. It’s what all parents do.

But let’s just take a minute and think about just everything involved with transporting our precious cargo from one place to another. First, we must ensure our kids arrive safely and without having caused us a major headache across town. Depending on their age and the destination— we need snacks (‘cause they’ll get hungry), drinks to keep them hydrated, a toy or two to keep them entertained and a song playlist with their favorite tunes to keep us both sane and drive us crazy behind the wheel.

Most importantly, however, is our adult responsibility to make sure they’re safely seated and properly buckled in.

For my family, this means a car seat for Toby and a booster seat for Benny.

Well, my Spiderman-loving three-year old recently received the surprise of a lifetime with the arrival of an all-new KidsEmbrace Spiderman car seat.

Toby was ecstatic with his car seat!

Upon sitting him down, he started making Spiderman web-shooting sounds.

I was curious to set-it up in our SUV and check out the seat’s features. It turns out, it’s a combination booster car seat. It’s incredibly easy to install.

It simply requires you to pass the vehicle’s seat belt through a slot in the rear of the car seat. You have to make sure it’s tightly secured. In other words, once you pull the seat belt through the Kids Embrace car seat slot and click it on the car seat buckle, all you have to do is pull the seat belt tightly until it runs of out of slack. Then the seat is ready to go!

Every time Toby sits in his car seat, he’s so, so happy

Whether it’s for a morning daycare drop-off and he’s still a bit sleepy or whether we’re getting ready to watch brother’s baseball game, Toby sits and gets Marvel-Hero inspired!

Note: to safely secure the child in his Kids Embrace Marvel Comics Combination Booster Seat a) The harness straps must be at or above the shoulders and b) the chest clip must be at armpit level.

Moms— this is so important because it avoids those awful sleeping head nods when the littles fall asleep on the road. Plus, for Toby, he pretends that he presses on the Spider on the chest clip sticker and activates Spiderman powers….lol.
